Class Description

Our Flow sessions are a fun and fast-paced workout, with higher reps and quicker transitions. This class will give you a full-body workout by using small equipment. You will leave this class feeling energised and strong. To attend this class, we recommend you have previous experience on the Reformer. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, please attend at least 4 Fresh classes before booking a Flow class.
