Cove is Sussex’s first luxury, coastal-inspired group Reformer Pilates studio, and the heart of a growing community. Founded by two female founders, working on the studio from March 2024 whilst working full-time, opened in October 2024, Cove has been built from the ground up with passion, purpose and care.

Within Cove's first six months, the studio won the Muddy Stilettos award for Best Pilates Studio in Sussex, a true reflection of the hard work and determination that goes into the studio.

We haven’t opened Cove to jump on trends, it’s a pure passion project. Laura and Jodie have practised Mat and Reformer Pilates for years, and they both work full-time while running Cove, pouring themselves into every detail. Our customers tell us regularly that they can feel the love and care that goes into Cove.

It was a non-negotiable, we invested in four of the very best Reformer beds on the market and built a studio that prioritises your movement. Everything at Cove is held to the highest standard, that we set. From our branding, marketing, partnerships, customer service, operations, and strategic vision, to our exceptional teachers and thoughtfully curated classes.

While other studios have followed in our footsteps, Cove will always be the original. Our focus isn’t profit, it’s our Cove Community. Everything we do is about creating a space where you feel known, safe, welcomed and part of something special.
