Qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor at the beginning of 2024 with The London Pilates Academy.

Izzy is also a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (CNHC mBANT mANP). She studied with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Shelley

Qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor in 2023 with The London Pilates Academy.

Shelley also qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2005 with the YMCA.

Shelly is a member of APPI - Australian Physiotherapist and Pilates Institute

Ebbie

Qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor at the beginning of 2024 with HFE, Health and Fitness Education.

Ebbie is an ex-pilot! After working in the aviation industry for over 35 years, he had a complete career change. He chose to become a Reformer Pilates instructor, as Pilates helped him over 10 years ago with a back injury.

Zoe

Qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor at the beginning of 2024 with Merrithew.

Zoe is an ex-professional dancer on stage & screen. As a lover of movement & mindfulness she decided to become a Reformer Pilates instructor.

Ellie

Qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor towards the end of 2024 with Merrithew.

Ellie previously had a full time corporate career which was highly stressful. Ellie found herself gravitating towards Mat Pilates to unwind at the end of the day. That love turned into a passion including Reformer which she soon fell in love with too.

- Qualified STOTT Intensive Reformer Pilates instructor

Georgia

Qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor since the beginning of 2024 with Virgin Active.

Georgia worked a corporate job whilst teaching Reformer Pilates at a luxury health & wellness gym in London. 2025 marks the start of Georgia’s new journey by becoming a full-time Reformer Pilates instructor.

Ollie

Qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor in May 2024 with Active IQ.

Ollie has been working in the fitness industry for 15 years both in New York & London.

.Ollie was teaching at a luxury fitness retreat in Mykonos in 2024. Whilst there he watched some professional football players using the Reformers and it really sparked his interest in teaching Reformer Pilates.
