Cove Community Events: February

February at Cove was a month shaped by connection, bringing people together through movement, creativity, food and time spent together, both inside and outside the studio.

From a Valentine’s-themed Cove Mum Club morning, to Galentine’s Flow & Brunch at Goddenwick Farm, fresh air walks and Sunday runs, February reminded us why community is at the heart of everything we do.

Here’s a look back at what actually happened.

Cove Mum Club: Little Love Bugs 🤍

Sunday 8th February | Goddenwick Farm, Lindfield

We began the month with Cove Mum Club: Little Love Bugs, a Valentine’s-themed morning created especially for mums and mums-to-be.

Hosted by Laura & Jodie, Cove co-founders, alongside Shelley, Cove instructor and Form (pre & post-natal) teacher, the morning was designed to feel calm, welcoming and supportive.

What the morning included:

  • Valentine’s card making, with all materials provided

  • Polaroid photos to include in each card

  • Soft play for slightly older children

  • Brunch at the café and one hot drink included

Little Love Bugs created space for conversation, creativity and connection, a gentle reminder of the importance of community during pregnancy and early motherhood.

Galentine’s Flow & Brunch 🌸

Sunday 15th February 2026 | Goddenwick Farm, Lindfield

We celebrated Galentine’s Day the Cove way with movement, good food and thoughtful touches to take home.

Galentine’s Flow & Brunch was a relaxed Sunday morning experience designed to help guests slow down, move their bodies and spend quality time together.

The experience included:

  • A 45-minute Mat Pilates Flow, led by Izzy, combining strength, control and feel-good movement

  • A 15-minute extended stretch to leave everyone feeling grounded and refreshed

  • A leisurely brunch at Roost

  • A curated goodie bag and flower bouquet for every guest (worth over £30)

Whether guests came to celebrate friendships, self-love, or simply enjoy a beautiful Sunday morning ritual, Galentine’s Flow & Brunch was all about slowing down and sharing the moment.

Cove Walking Club 🍃

Sunday 22nd February | Lindfield

On 22nd February, Cove Walking Club returned for our second monthly walk.

Cove Walking Club continues to offer a simple, accessible way to move together, fresh air, local routes, gentle movement and plenty of conversation. It’s become a space where people can show up exactly as they are, without pressure or expectations.

Each walk reinforces that movement doesn’t need to be intense to be meaningful.

Cove Run Club 🏃‍♀️

Every Sunday | Birthday run on 22nd February

Throughout February, Cove Run Club continued to meet every Sunday, offering consistency, routine and connection for runners in our community.

One of the highlights this month was a birthday run on 22nd February, followed by a post-run roast (ay The Snow Drop) combining movement, celebration and time together off the road.

Cove Run Club remains about more than running. It’s about shared routine, encouragement and building community through movement.

Why these moments matter

February’s events showed the many ways people connect at Cove, through creativity, movement, conversation and shared experiences.

From mums and mums-to-be, to friends celebrating Galentine’s, walkers and runners, each event created space for belonging beyond the studio.

These moments matter because they:

  • Build relationships beyond classes

  • Offer different ways to move and connect

  • Make movement feel human, inclusive and supportive

Cove has always been about more than movement.

February reminded us that it’s the shared moments, the conversations, creativity and time spent together, that truly define our community.
