Our Fresh class is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience on the Reformer.

Class Description

This is a safe space for you to get started as you explore the equipment and slower-paced exercises, with a focus on the fundamental principles of Pilates. During Fresh, expect to stretch and strengthen your bodies and minds on our machines as our instructor guides you through the full-body workout. Small equipment may be used during this class. Beginners must attend 4 Fresh classes before booking a Flow class. Classes are 50 minutes.
