Class Description

Whilst all of our classes are inclusive and open to all, we offer a specific number of 'Men only' classes a week to break stereotypes. Our Flex classes are specifically engineered to benefit men and the male form, these classes will work your muscles, and your mind. A dedicated instructor will help you to improve strength, flexibility and posture, giving a full-body workout. The other added benefits are injury prevention and stress relief. Classes are 50 minutes
