Class Description

Experienced instructors will take you through exercises with a focus on safe, controlled movements to help you strengthen your muscles as well as improve your flexibility and mobility. The Reformer will be used to support your body and help reduce the risk of injury. The calm and welcoming environment is the perfect setting to build your confidence with structured sessions, including warm-ups, full-body strengthening and mobility exercises. No Reformer Pilates experience necessary to attend this class. If you’re recovering from an injury or illness, you may wish to seek advice from your GP before attending. If you are unsure if this class is right for you, please do contact us or chat to your instructor. Classes are 50 minutes.
