Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to learn the basics or whether you’re more advanced, wanting to get more out of your class. Finesse classes are also perfect for rehabilitation and pregnancy. Explore the full benefits of Reformer Pilates with a personalised class. Please email us to request a Finesse class.
