Waves for Wellbeing Challenge
This Mental Health Awareness Week (12th–18th May), we’re inviting our Cove community to join us for our Waves for Wellbeing Challenge.
Each day, we will be encouraging you to step outside and move, however that looks for you. There’s no target, no pressure, just space to care for your mind and body.
To take part, you can:
🌊 tag us in your stories as you head out for your mindful moments
🌊 comment on our daily post letting us know you’ve got out and moved
🌊 leave a few kind words of encouragement on our daily post to others in the Cove community
Every day, we’ll be gifting a Waves for Wellbeing Prize to someone who’s taken part, whether through steps, support, or a shared moment of calm.
